Absolutely — the PDFs are designed for printing. The Turnover System checklist in particular is intended to be printed and used at each turnover. Print in color for the best result, but all content is readable in black and white.

The Excel workbook (.xlsx) is fully editable — all blue input cells can be modified, and you can add rows to the expense trackers if needed. The PDF files are not directly editable, but you can copy text from any PDF and paste it into your own documents. The guest message templates in particular are designed to be copied, lightly personalized, and pasted into Airbnb/VRBO messages.
